Julie was AWESOME! I didn't feel a thing when she poked me.
Julie was a delight of a phlebotomist! Great care and wonderful conversation. I'd recommend the location and the staff alike!
I'm not sure why there are many negative reviews. Julie was my phlebotomist- she was great! my experience was quick / efficient. I had an appointment for 1030am I was called back by 1034 and walked out at 1039. This was my first time here as I live 2 hours south. The closest quest to me is in Roseburg but I had to pick something up at JCPenney- so I went here and I'm glad I did! 5/5 Thanks again for the poke Julie!
Quest is the worst of the worst among medical providers. They obviously has no concern about the welfare of clients, and care only about making money. Shameful!
Put 5 stars for visibility. The phlebotomist and care folks are wonderful. But if you have any issues before you’re called back or around scheduling prepare for an endless loop of automated robots and transfers between departments. And there is no-one onsite to help with this. Quest will waste a lot of your time and energy. For anyone that needs help here is some more direct help.
