This place consistently overbooks. Making an appointment or arriving early doesn’t seem to make any difference—you’ll still end up waiting an unreasonably long time. The wait times are excessive and extremely frustrating, especially for people who have work or other commitments.
Zero Stars: Every time I visit Quest, you send me a survey, which I always complete. But obviously, you either don't read these surveys (obviously, it's probably an AI robot reading it!) or you don't really care about how we feel about your services, or you don't really care about the health or comfort of your clients. I don't know about other locations, but the wait times at this office have been problematic for a long time. Last APPOINTMENT I was not seen until 40 minutes after the appointment time. The staff is always friendly, competent and professional, , but the scheduling is awful
I had a good experience here when I needed blood drawn even though I was visiting from out of town. I booked an appointment earlier in the morning and had my ID and insurance card ready to go for the automated check-in process, which may have helped. Ray drew my blood and was professional and made it painless and as quick as possible!
Once I was called in, everything was great. It was quick, easy, and the phlebotomist was an expert, but I had to wait 30 minutes, outside the waiting room because it was so crowded, for a scheduled appointment. Quest labs are always so busy. I don't understand why they closed the Q street location (their most comfortable waiting room) when they are so busy already.
