**Make an appointment before you go in!! There are always lots of slots available the day before** I’ve had 3 blood draws now in less than a week, different places, different phlebotomists. Today I had Jean, and she was so fantastic. Jean had me in and out within 5 minutes of my appointment. I have a really bad needle phobia, but Jean made me feel very comfortable. Our doctor was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way and gave us the best treatment! We will only ever go to this location from now on. I was supposed to receive an email to leave a review for her specifically, but I hadn't and couldn't let it go without giving an amazing review! 100/5 Stars 🌟
Very disappointed. This location used to be great but at our most recent visit the staff were unfriendly, lab results came back saying patient refused some tests (we did not refuse anything, and in fact encouraged the provider to do everything the doctor ordered) and to top it off the toilet paper holder in the bathroom for urine collection was so close to the toilet and so sharp that it cut my partners leg!
I’m not sure why the staff always seem to be in a bad mood. Always short answers, claiming they need my insurance when it’s already listed in the computer. Scheduling an appointment is easy but it’s the wait times that make no sense. Even if you schedule for 9, you’ll be sitting there until 9:20. Interesting because if you showed up 20 minutes late they wouldn’t serve you.. yet they’re allowed to be 20 minutes late. Results do come back quickly which is nice.
Adriane is a snot. I had an appointment for fertility testing. She grabbed my phone out of my hand and used my work email (which I turn off in the summer) to email HERSELF. She told me to wait an additional 10-15 for the email to go through. (Is it 2002?) It never went through because she (without my permission) GRABBED MY PHONE AND USED MY WORK EMAIL TO EMAIL MY MEDICAL INFORMATION TO HERSELF.
