The technician at this visit was incredibly nice, thorough and accommodating. Definitely the best experience I have had at a blood draw. She made sure the two requests I had did not have any overlapping tests. She went over the cost. And, most importantly, when she noticed the size of the draw, she offered to take me to another room and let me lay down. Then she talked to me during the draw to try to take my mind off the amount of blood drawn.

Jessica was amazing. I typically pass out when I give blood, but she was so sweet, understanding and comforting- I did not pass out. She was so pleasant and it’s getting me over my fear of blood draws. Just make sure when you check in at the kiosk, you do not select wait outside for them to call/text you because the system is not set up for that, they will not do that, they will come out to the waiting room and call your name and you will not be there. If you're going to make scheduling online appointments available then you need to limit the amount of walk-ins and/or add more staff. People should not have to wait more than 30 minutes for their scheduled appointment in a cramped waiting area.

The scheduling of an appointment was easy & the wait time, despite many people being lined up for testing was actually a very short wait. My phlembotomist's name is Mary & she is FANTASTIC! I needed blood drawn & literally did not even feel a pinch or anything from the needle! She held it completely still (no wiggling). Mary should be highly commended on her skills. Last time I had gone to Quest, there were no appointments - walk-ins only. So I made the mistake of walking in here. I signed in on the tablet, since there’s no one at a desk you can actually talk to, and it mentioned waits could be as long as 30-60 minutes, and appointments take priority, which makes sense.
