Very Poor Customer Service! I waited an hour for a scheduled appointment outside with other customers because the lobby was full however when they called my name they didn't try outside where most were waiting. I ended up asking a staff member for help and they rudely replied saying it was against company policy to open the front door to call for names.
Quest honors appointments and has highly skilled phlebotomist who are friendly and proficient.
The kiosk is where you sign your life away. Nobody there to tell you that. Couple months later you get a 450 dollar bill. When you call to inquire, the automated system tells you you're screwed because you already agreed to everything at the kiosk. You'll fight quest, your insurance, and your doctor who will just keep you running in an endless circle of agony. Don't recommend
