The male in charge at this place is severely lacking in customer service and professionalism. If he worked anywhere else, this behavior would NEVER be allowed. I’ve not ever been treated as rudely as I was at my scheduled appointment today. The blood taker was also clueless about how to perform the test I’d been ordered to receive. I’ll never go back there for labs. I’d sooner drive 30 miles out of my way. Quest should be ashamed of this employee.
