Quest is not located here anymore. The phone number listed is no longer in service. I found another number through a different website and Norton Urgent Care Center is now where Quest use to be. I spoke with one of the medical personnel and they stated that Quest was no longer there and the closest Quest facility is in Louisville. My rating is not based on Quest laboratories itself, but rather the frustrating fact that it is still listed as being where it was and still listing an active phone number.

They DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL!!!!
This company billed my insurance incorrectly and as a result I am now in collections. I don’t have any copays but somehow have a balance over 300 that was confirmed to be billed incorrectly. Please reach out to me so we can update my insurance so this balance is taken care of.
