Worst place ever. There whole system has been down since last night and patients can access their labs results through app and quest website. It’s a joke place; don’t waste your time and money.
Yesterday my mom checked in as a walk-in at 10:30am. The iPad showed a 30–60 minute wait, which seemed reasonable considering there were no appointments available until next week and it was an urgent test she needed, so she sat and waited. After 3 hours with no updates, staff finally said they couldn’t take any more walk-ins for the day because they would be closing soon. Worse lab you can ever go to, they work slow like sloth, they call one patient every 20 minutes, so careless, no good management. This place should be investigated by the federal government!
PLEASE BEWARE!!! By far the worst location in all of San Diego and east county. Please take the 1 star reviews on here seriously. Be wary of scheduling here July-August 2025. Received an email that my appointment for July 16th was cancelled due to unexpected building maintenance on the 14th. Was able to reschedule online for the 25th, but when I arrived, door was locked and a sign on the door said it’s closed until July 28th. So, I’d be wary of scheduling here for a while.
