PLEASE BEWARE!!! By far the worst location in all of San Diego and east county. Please take the 1 star reviews on here seriously. I honestly don’t even know where to start with this review, as there are so many negative things to talk about. Let’s start with how rude and disrespectful the staff is to the patients. Be wary of scheduling here July-August 2025. Received an email that my appointment for July 16th was cancelled due to unexpected building maintenance on the 14th. Was able to reschedule online for the 25th, but when I arrived, door was locked and a sign on the door said it’s closed until July 28th. So, I’d be wary of scheduling here for a while.
Worst branch ever - this is the 2nd time they cancel my app within 24h and this time is with 10min - like when I’m at the parking lot
I had an appointment scheduled and arrived to the location to find it closed temporarily and should open after 3 days, so I made another appointment after 3 days. Only to find it closed again, they extended their closure. They never notified me either time. I reached out to customer service for this issue and no one cared to even contact me back.
