Very nice staff and easy appointment scheduling
Amazing service.
Really nice facility, I had a metabolic screening here for my company. The check-in process was really smooth (I had a prior appointment). The machine asked if I had an appointment and it had a tray to put in your ID and insurance card, which it scans. The process itself was very smooth, took like 5 minutes for a blood test. Very professional and friendly staff.
We always use this quest diagnostics. The staff is extremely friendly. They are always very good with my son who has a really hard time getting blood work. We have had Unjume twice and she is amazing. She is considerate and great with my children. Unjume always makes us feel comfortable.
Had a great experience here! I only waited about 5 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen and then was in and out in about 15 minutes. Shameka was wonderful - I hate getting blood drawn but she was gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appt. The place itself is also very clean and efficient.
