Just had a specimen drop off. Had to wait 2 and half hours. Umanji and Shaniqua would not help after 2 and half hours of waiting. Unfortunately people don’t care
The blood test was Monday, June 30 at 10:00 am at Tano Mall. I was in room 2. I don’t remember the young woman’s name but she was kind and efficient. Your staff is exceptional in kindness and gentleness.
The technician could not draw blood. As I had my eyes closed because I get major anxiety doing this, I did not realize the needle was out and another technician came in. I was clearly distressed. Took the 2nd technician two times to get the blood. Said I could go. I asked and confirmed; she said yes. An hour later, I get a call that I did not do the urine test and need to come back that day or do everything all over again. Claire was my phlebotomist and she did an excellent job with drawing my blood. I didn’t feel a thing. And she was very professional throughout my visit. If I have to return I’d definitely want her to be my tech again.
