Quick, professional, comfortable. The ladies at this location are gentle, professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, and super fast.
Very great and caring staff. Got me in and out pretty quick even though I needed 21 tests lol. She was very professional and made me comfortable while taking all my blood lol.
Amazing experience. I purchased a CBC panel online. I was able to check in on my phone in the parking lot - the staff was waiting for me in the lobby when I walked in! The phlebotomist looked into my paperwork and put in the fax of where I needed my results sent for a pre op clearance. Very friendly, kind, smart and competent person. I wish I remembered her name. She was able to draw blood on the first try when my PCP office took 40 minutes to retrieve a clotted sample the day before. Highly recommend this Quest location!!
