update. Quest closed my case with no further response. See attached email. BOOTS ON THE GROUND!!! Now my fight begins I went in for a routine drug screen. Upon leaving the facility I was verbally accosted, assaulted and offended by the technician. GET AN ATTORNEY!!! Don’t say anything else. Contact the employer that sent you to the lab and let them know. Pull their contract. Work with Lab Corp. Contact ACLU, DOJ. Contact the property owner and voice a complaint of harassment. They must formally prohibit you and give cause. They don’t have. You have your local NAACP plus the PA Conference NAACP. WNEP News. I’m not writing a review. I’m concerned with the way Quest has chosen to not resolve the 9/9/2025 incident where their employee attacked my good friend. It’s upsetting they have left my friend distraught (we are keeping her stable). By escalating and not resolving. Quest leaves their employees and consumers vulnerable.
