Every Quest location I've ever been to is complete garbage, this one included. Its amazing they exist as a business, and they wouldn't if this was a free market. It's not tho, it's a monopoly. The wait times are absurd. It should never take over an hour to do a drug test that takes under 5mins in totality. The employees are rude and so lazy. They can not have a competent management, there's no way anyone would tolerate it. I'd much rather go to a DMV than Quest.
