the girl who drew my blood was excellent, in fact i didn't even feel it. Usually its very difficult for the tech to get blood from me.. Thanks
Had an appointment for blood work. I walk in to a waiting room full of people. 2 of the women stated one of the phlebotomists had stepped out. 25/30 minutes later she comes back with an armful of coffee, which could have easily been done before their shift. Then one of the women rudely yell into the waiting room “if you are a walk in wait time is 3 hours” mind you theres not nearly enough people to be waiting 3 hours, maybe a half hour. Nasty and rude, would never return here! I’m definitely going back to quest in Medford where I’ve been going, always kind and no issues.
