Website is very confusing. Been trying to schedule an appointment for the last hour. Were it requests. City in my address I enter Waterford. It rejects it . WHY!!! ?

I like the text message check in feature. The staff was prompt and courteous.
Had such a great experience here today. I tend to get a little light headed when I get blood drawn but for some reason today’s blood draw hit me worse than usual. I believe my phlebotomists name was Kate and she was OUTSTANDING. Spoke to me the entire time to keep my mind off of the needle and when I started to feel lightheaded she talked me through what to do, got me water, and sat with me until I felt better. Such a great experience. Thank you!
