Nancy! She's just an angel, an amazing human being doing her blood work job with care, warmth, and excellence. Everyone deserves to cross paths with a lady like Nancy! If only all of Quest offices had someone like her, it would be so different. After awful experiences at Quest-Yale Health Plan, I'm glad I tried the East Haven branch, to find her. It's all about the human quality. All other details are just that.
Excellent technicians, however they make enough profit to ditch the kiosk and hire an actual human receptionist.
I arrived early for my appointment and checked in since I was already nearby. At that time, I was the only person in the waiting room and the only name displayed on the board. The phlebotomist took me back, but then spoke to me in a rude manner and told me that I should not arrive early because there were people ahead of me. This was confusing, as no other patients were present or checked in on the board when I arrived. The entire interaction was very unprofessional!
Nancy usually waits on me and she is amazing. so good at what she does, friendly, and so professional. You don't even know she is taking blood
