I arrived early for my appointment and checked in since I was already nearby. At that time, I was the only person in the waiting room and the only name displayed on the board. The phlebotomist took me back, but then spoke to me in a rude manner and told me that I should not arrive early because there were people ahead of me. This was confusing, as no other patients were present or checked in on the board when I arrived. The entire interaction was very unprofessional!
Nancy usually waits on me and she is amazing. so good at what she does, friendly, and so professional. You don't even know she is taking blood
It's like this company found a way to make the worst business model possible. No receptionists, no humans, just kiosks. The employees have no accountability if the kiosk doesn't text the customer, then the customer has to input info for a NEW wait time. I've only seen such places in dystopian movies.
