It's like this company found a way to make the worst business model possible. No receptionists, no humans, just kiosks. The employees have no accountability if the kiosk doesn't text the customer, then the customer has to input info for a NEW wait time. I've only seen such places in dystopian movies.
My phlebotomist was so kind, personable, and professional. I wish that he could be my phlebotomist every time I need blood drawn at your East Haven location! He was absolutely wonderful!
The blood test was done expertly with a minimum of pain. The only problem was a three-hour wait while fasting. The wait for the walk-in blood test could have been avoided by making an appointment before going for the test.
Quest , for the 9th time could not find my orders in their computer. The phlebotomist, I think Nellie?, was not helpful at all and rude . She said she was going to call Quest Corporation and I said tell them I want to talk to them , again. I never got to talk to Quest Corp.
