The phlebotomist took the time to get my information in the computer and explained when I need a new standing order. She had no problems drawing the blood. But had some problems with printing the labels. Very pleasant with me.
Won't draw your blood if you have any balance with them.
The facility was clean and pleasant. I was taken on time and the phlebotomist was friendly, professional and very capable.
The staff were very rude! The phlebotomist yelled at me for being on the waitlist. I mean, the system gave me the option to be on the waitlist so I took it, but she treated me like I was being the most inconsiderate person. I feel bad for her because she seems to be miserable with her job. Maybe Quest needs to give them a raise!
