Ladies taking blood work instead of calling me to go get blood work done, as no one was in the office, kept talking to each other over non office business and then would call on other ppl. I waited over an hour with no sort of acknowledgement, so I left.
This place is awesome, the staff is so kind and great. They take your blood and it doesn't even hurt. They just make you smile 😊.
The website for this location does not offer appointments. Although I have been using this location for more than 15 years; I was told my name could not be found in the system. I am legally blind and can't see the sign in screen. I pressed the help button. THE WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY. I sat down and waited another person came in behind me. He needed help too.
