The website for this location does not offer appointments. Although I have been using this location for more than 15 years; I was told my name could not be found in the system. I am legally blind and can't see the sign in screen. I pressed the help button. THE WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY. I sat down and waited another person came in behind me. He needed help too. Very great staff
The phlebotemist (Indian woman) that I had was so lovely. She was patient,calm, pleasant. She handles problems with a smile. I misplaced my order paper and she was patient with me. Also an old man had trouble checking in and she helped him so nicely. It was such a calm, smooth experience. Thank you.
Why is it that whenever I go to this Quest location I consistently walk out with bruising and billing issues? I've been to multiple other locations nearby, but this particular one just doesn't know what they're doing.
