My bf's experience this morning with the phlebotomist Amber was completely unprofessional, very short with her demeanor, made him feel uncomfortable the entire time he was in. Will be requesting someone else for his next visit that's if he decide to go with location again.
My technician, Jackie was,friendly, knowledgeable and very proficient.
