The blood collector was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Was in on time also.
I am sick of the East Aurora location. I had a timed blood test scheduled where I needed to take an expensive prescription the night before my test only to find out the East Aurora location was closed and hour before my test. I was able to go to the Orchard Park location as a walk in. Luckily, they were able to take me. I will never schedule another appointment at the East Aurora location again. It's a sunny cold morning here.
Place sucks never has my script always a waste of drive .cant talk to anyone to confirm anything .place sucks
I needed to just pick up a container for a collection and even that was like pulling teeth to do. This place is an absolute joke and the worst service I have ever experienced in anything. Cannot comprehend why they collectively take two patients an hour. Blood draws are terrible. Very inexperienced workers and very painful experience.
