These people hate their job and will send you away without even getting anything tested it’s worse than the DMV in a nightmare the people are absolutely horrible have no communication skills whatsoever and are extremely rude do not go here go to a different location Specifically the African-American woman and the bald European guy “supervisor” Wasted two of my days off of work mind you I am a schoolteacher and completely yelled at me as if I broke the law because they don’t know anything about medical testing or acronyms Do ... read more

The worst experience ever !!!!! I made appointment 4 day ago and when I arrived I fund this sign on the door. They didn’t even inform me that they closed !!!

I had to get blood work done for a surgery. The day before the surgery, we called to get the results and Quest said that I wasn’t in the system. I had already paid and had a receipt of when I was there and which tests I had done. When I argued, saying I needed the results in order to have my surgery, the representative told me I must have messed up and not have actually gone to a Quest Diagnostics clinic. 🤦🏼‍♂️ they also told me that even though they LOST MY BLOOD, the couldn’t track it, they wouldn’t even try to help, and... read more

I was taking before my appointment, I was treated very well, had 0 pain during the bloodwork, tech was extremely polite and professional
