I saw Anne as my phlebotomist and she was wonderful. I am super scared of needles and find blood work really uncomfortable but there was no pain and we were done quickly!
I got here at 10 as a walk-in, and they said they couldn't see me til 12:30 ☠️ I was the only person in the whole building and one of 2 cars in the parking lot.
Updated review. Accessible once you're in the parking lot. Book online, pick your time, upload your documents, scan in. I'm usually out in 15 minutes. The building is hard to find. If coming from the west, go to the light, make a U-turn, and turn right at the gun place and drive to the Quest building behind it. Do not turn into the auto parts store, the parking lots don't connect. Clean facility, all on one level. Plenty of parking, never a wait. Water, bathroom, blaring TV.
