Incompetence at its best. The lady stuck me twice and still couldn’t get a vein. Caucasians need better training on finding veins on black people. I never have this issue with a person of color. SMH now I have to go somewhere else because she is the only one on shift. And she don’t even offer me a bandaid although I was bleeding, I had to ask her to give me one. Do better Quest

Worst place ever. Do not go here. Run down facility. Old equipment. Horrible customer service. I cannot say enough about how bad the tech was.
I didnt get her name but the nice lady who was working there and who took my blood was absolutely fantastic. I was able to get in and get out but not only that she was extremely kind, professional and made the experience really easy. I also didnt feel a thing which is a first. She is an expert in her field!
