Everything about the service at Quest was top-notch for me. I just wish I did not have to deal with an enormous amount of stop and go traffic on Rt. 100 as I strove to arrive on time for an 8:30AM fasting blood test.
Don’t say that you take walk-ins when you don’t take walk-ins. People don’t show up here for fun.
Wait was very short once I arrived for my appintment. Technician was professional and very quick. I had blood drawn and I never felt the needle. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
There was only one person working at the Quest Diagnostics location when I visited on a Saturday morning- one person working alone to manage patients, perform clinical services, do any necessary administrative work, clean and disinfect the space, and provide customer support. Not only does this type of staffing make providing acceptable client/patient service impossible, but I also strongly believe it presents serious safety hazards to both the staff member and the patients Quest serves. It was great, had an appointment, took me right away. Had some paper work to do and then took my blood. In and out in 15 minutes. Awesome.
