Very disrespectful
Had an amazing experience with Heather today! My doctor did not send the fax over as I was originally told, and she was patient with me as I called over to their office. Super kind, compassionate and understanding (I hate needles). And with the actual procedure, she was so quick!

Justine was GREAT! Professional, quick and painless blood taking.
Had a 6:50 AM appointment this morning. I was hesitant to get a blood test here after reading some reviews, and as a needle-phobic and someone with Autism. However, I was amazed with the phlebotomist I saw (I did not get his name), ESPECIALLY for the latter two reasons. He understood my preferences of a hand vein (for me, hand veins are not as painful as the traditional arm/inner elbow, even though it stings a little more), that I was a lefty for the needle site, was a needle-phobic and had Autism.
