The overwhelming lack of health care professionalism and mere lack of courtesy was impressive. This woman shuffled papers in slow motion, typed with one finger and had a generally bad attitude toward a patient/client. She acted like I was an interruption to her day and wouldn't answer simple questions, she refused to make me copies. I understand the importance of Drug Test for the employment purposes, every person giving the sample is not positive or negative for the test. The lab associate should treat the person with dignity and respect, irrespective of the appearance and test result.
Not sure what has happened to the Devon Quest, but I just waited over an hour to get a FASTING blood draw. Yes, I had an appointment at 9AM and checked in at 8:50AM. Zero communication by staff. Management needs to get their act together. Horrible!
