A disorganized mess. My provider only allowed labs here (which shows me how sub-par Iowa Allergy is), that's why I'm here. This is my second appointment and it started 59 minutes late. My first appointment started 20 minutes late. This place reminds me of a factory assembly line and a call center, combined. The staff is friendly.
This was a good experience. I showed up ten minutes before my appointment and the automated check in was easy. They took me back for my blood draw a few minutes prior to my appointment time and I was out a few minutes after my appointment time. Straight forward and easy.
Waiting room was a bit small for number of people there. Friendly staff. Easy check-in procedure.
