Waiting room was a bit small for number of people there. Friendly staff. Easy check-in procedure.
The blood draw technician is the best! Painless and comforting.
Most cumbersome process to simply schedule an appointment. Your name etc. is collected repeatedly at multiple steps. Staff at center is belligerent and not able or interested to do anything without an "order". If I am requesting and paying for the testing - that IS the order, FFS.
