Staff is friendly enough but the waiting area is a tiny petri dish and they pack people in there like sardines. Not a pleasant experience
I still do not have all my results and it's been a month.
A disorganized mess. My provider only allowed labs here (which shows me how sub-par Iowa Allergy is), that's why I'm here. This is my second appointment and it started 59 minutes late. My first appointment started 20 minutes late. This place reminds me of a factory assembly line and a call center, combined.
