Diane was amazing, she helped me not only feel comfortable but she also saved me $350. She was an absolute gem. I have small and rolling veins and she drew my blood with no bruising and was very patient with me. I couldn’t say in words how wonderful she was and how she made this experience a great one

Staff is friendly enough but the waiting area is a tiny petri dish and they pack people in there like sardines. Not a pleasant experience
I still do not have all my results and it's been a month.
A disorganized mess. My provider only allowed labs here (which shows me how sub-par Iowa Allergy is), that's why I'm here. This is my second appointment and it started 59 minutes late. My first appointment started 20 minutes late. This place reminds me of a factory assembly line and a call center, combined. A customer just told me he had an appointment scheduled at the same time as mine. On top of that, I was just there to drop off a urine sample.
