Excellent service, professional, and inviting I do not love giving Blood but the tech Gail made my visit less stressful because of her attitude and professionalism
The technician who took care of me was exceptional. The doctor's request order for my blood draw was not in the Quest computer system when I arrived. This was due to an error on the part of the doctor. Instead of dismissing me, the Quest technician worked with me and the doctor's staff to process the order. Within a very short period of time, the order was made available and I could continue with my blood draw. As far as the blood draw goes, she was great at that as well.
I never have fear when I go to quest about having my blood drawn. I never feel a thing.You have excellent professionals working there
