Gail was very personable and friendly. I get nervous around needles, but Gail put me at ease.
Dirty disorganized Just try to talk to a live person if you have questions or concerns of how bad the facility is. It is worth the drive to Windham to have a live person at the desk a clean organized place.
Went to the Derry NH site where my doctor is located. The experience is always consistently good but this day it was above and beyond. One of the blood test was not going to be paid by insurance because of a coding issue. The phlebotomist took the time to call the doctors office and received the correct coding. Saved me $300.00. Now that's customer service.
Quick and easy process and Michelle was awesome companies need more people like her working for them. Next time I go back I will make sure she is the one that draws my blood.
Mackenzie did a fantastic job taking my blood! I hate needles so much but I barely felt it.
