I went to the 14 Tsienneto Rd location in Derry, but this would also apply to my visits at the Bedford location. Friendly, on-time, efficient and skilled staff
The phlebotomist that did my blood work is absolutely terrible I am on blood thinners and she left a huge black and blue on my arm and then after not finding the vein there she worked on the back of my hand got the blood but wound up leaving a huge black and blue on the back of my hand
Staff was not considerate or friendly. Not a single human to speak to at the front desk. Very disappointing service provided.
