I have no issues with Quest. They are everywhere and it's never more than 15 minutes from where I may be since they have so many locations. The young lady today was wonderful & did a great job. Quest does need to upgrade their call center though as I had called them to get some answers on something before my visit and I must've been on hold 12-15 minutes so maybe they can institute the call back option and take my number.
I had an appointment today and when I walked in with less than one minute to spare a gentleman name Troy came out and called my name. And I’ll tell ya. He was an absolute pleasure to meet. A true professional. His demeanor was calm but collected. Was so nice and friendly. To date he was THE BEST phlebotomist I ever had the please to meet. He deserves to me commended for his excellence in his work. A+++++++++
