I had an appointment today and when I walked in with less than one minute to spare a gentleman name Troy came out and called my name. And I’ll tell ya. He was an absolute pleasure to meet. A true professional. His demeanor was calm but collected. Was so nice and friendly. To date he was THE BEST phlebotomist I ever had the please to meet. He deserves to me commended for his excellence in his work. A+++++++++
