It was very easy. Simple. The phlebotomist was so polite and friendly. Easy peasy. I had an appointment today and when I walked in with less than one minute to spare a gentleman name Troy came out and called my name. And I’ll tell ya. He was an absolute pleasure to meet. A true professional. His demeanor was calm but collected. Was so nice and friendly. To date he was THE BEST phlebotomist I ever had the please to meet. He deserves to me commended for his excellence in his work. A+++++++++
Every time we go to the Derby location we are satisfied. Always quick, clean, courteous, informative, professional and you can feel the sincere concern and care in their work.
I made an "early " morning appointment days earlier. I was taken right in.The young lady that did my blood draw was very efficient and friendly. I really like this Quest. On the down side: The inside of the building is outdated + dirty looking. Definitely needs a deep cleaning...( For a medical facility)
I went in last week to get blood drawn for myself and my three kids. Two of the three hadn't ever gotten blood drawn before, so there was a lot of anxiety about it. We made appointments online for all of us, and the check-in procedure at the clinic was very easy, even for four people. We went on a weekday around 1pm, and there were only a few other patients, so we had barely any wait time. In and out ahead of scheduled visit. Excellent phlebotomist as most of them are. She was careful with identification and drew the blood quickly and efficiently. I have been going to this location for years. It can get crowded in the early morning (fasting). Always book ahead of time.
