Great location, with very nice staff.
Terrible. The guy drawing my blood forgot to take the tourniquet off until the end. It took so long to get the sample because of this. I had my head turned and didn't realize it until I heard him take it off. Then he tried to blame it on my vein!
Everything is way too automated, can we please just have human interaction again. It was far too frustrating to pick up a pee cup and drop it off for my family member.
