Everything is way too automated, can we please just have human interaction again. It was far too frustrating to pick up a pee cup and drop it off for my family member.

I've never had any problems with them. They know what they're doing and even if you don't make an appointment if you're patient enough to wait on standby you will get in. Very hard-working phlebotomists
