After being told I didn’t need an appointment I’ve been waiting over an hour, don’t bother with this place
Went to drop off a sample for my child. The lady had the personality of a teaspoon and had extremely poor customer service- she needs some more training or needs to be locked away in a basement lab away from people. I will NOT be going back to this location.
I'm a home care nurse. I've waited over 45 minutes to drop off patients blood. Sample will go bad in a few minutes.
