Your doctor are so rude and if they do not want to work in the medical field they need to leave. To have someone laugh in my mother face while she is talking about a real situation that could make you loose you’re job is flat out disrespectful do better I hope no one else has to go through this and if I could rate it a 0 stars I would and I will be contacting hire up because it was uncalled for. And very freaking rude
My daughter was in for an employment drug screen she peed once and due to the thermometer being almost halfway up the cup her urine didn't reach it so they said she would have to pee again, then they give her a little 4 oz. Bottle of water and tell her she can't have another one for an hour, wow how is that gonna help her to use the restroom, when obviously she barely had enough urine to begin with. I usually only write reviews for outstanding or horrible experiences. I am happy to report this is one of the outstanding ones. Misty was wonderful and was very patient when the order for my doctor was not in the system. She even called my doctor to try to get resolution. Misty was very kind and willing to help. I definitely would return to this Quest Diagnostics location with excellent service like what was provided by Misty. Outstanding.
