Easy in and out lab testing. Probably took all of 10 minutes for everything.
The lady working at my local Quest facility has never been overly friendly but listening to how she treated my elderly mother today is pathetic. She arrived early, had orders in hand and has good insurance. The lady seemed bothered that she had to help my mother check in and still required a $55 charge to be placed on her credit card. My mother described it best...she "had no personality". If you are working with the public, especially those that are not in good health, you should show some compassion and be willing to help.... read more
