The lady working at my local Quest facility has never been overly friendly but listening to how she treated my elderly mother today is pathetic. My mother arrived early, had orders in hand and has good insurance. The lady seemed bothered that she had to help my mother check in and still required a $55 "hold" charge to be placed on her credit card. My mother described it best...she "had no personality". This location is horrible. The lady working there had no clue what she was doing. I would highly recommend a different location or company.
They send you the results with no explanation that the normal person can understand. So we’re back to square one.
Easy in and out lab testing. Probably took all of 10 minutes for everything.
