Service centers do not have anyone on staff readily available for questions which can make things difficult. Staff are also very unfriendly and unwelcoming if you have the nerve to catch them when they pop out to call someone, making it very clear they do not want to be approached or spoken to if you’re not the person being called. Very rude. Onsite management also takes no responsibility for their staff and does not hold them accountable for their attitudes or poor service. I had to escalate to Regional management.
Quest office is conveniently located. The office is clean, check in is Very easy, and staff treated me professionally, yet personably as well.

Uh, oh. I knew there was going to be an issue from the second I walked in. Two people in the room...the experienced therapist and the 20 something tatted, nose-ringed newbie. I could feel the tension between them. First, newbie knocked all the empty tubes on the ground, then kept insisting that I sit up straight. I knew she wasn't going to get blood, and she didn't. The Phlebotomist that took my blood work did an absolutely horrible job. She struggled to find my vein and then once she inserted the needle, I felt more pain than I ever have when getting blood work done. She moved the needle around while it was in my arm and then said it was my fault that I put her in a weird position. She then tells me that my vein dried up and she would need to take blood from my other arm, but it’s because she actually inserted the needle PAINFULLY into my muscle.
