Made it in at 9:20 AM as a walk in One of the workers left 20 minutes after around 9:40 talking about family emergency there’s 12 people in the waiting room a with appointments and four without appointment the girl come out at 10 AM talking about we’re understaffed we’re not gonna be able to take those the standby people. I said all I have is a drop off. Checkin using my phone was fast. I was only waiting a few minutes. The staff were matter-of-fact but not rude. These people have a job to do and they have to be careful to do everything correctly, so I don't get my fee fees hurt by a bit of abruptness. Look at it this way: would you rather sit and wait while they exchange pleasantries with some other customer who wants to tell them their life story, or would you rather they get on with it so they can see you sooner?
I waited over two hours past my appointment time before I just left and all I needed to do was drop a sample off.
Jasmine was very pleasant and did my blood draw quickly and painlessly!
