We had Allison in room #8. Let me start by saying I never take time to do surveys but she deserves this. She took the time to walk my 9 year old through every step she was going to do. She explained everything along the way. She was so kind from the moment she called us back. My son said ‘anytime I need my blood drawn, we’re going back to her’.
