I walked in for a scheduled appointment. I signed in and waited my turn to have the blood drawn. After 15 minutes of waiting, Quest Employee came out and notified me that "computers do not work". 10 minutes later her narrative changed to "computers have not worked since Friday (my appointment was Tuesday!)", then to "let me start computer, perhaps it works...oh, I tried, it doesn't", then to "sometimes computers work for an hour". Best service I have ever had from a Quest Diagnostic site. LaShawn was so personable and professional. I did not even feel the needle during the blood draw. I have avoided several other sites due to very bad reviews. Do not hesitate to have wellness check at this location.
