I have been to this location twice. The techs who draw blood are experienced & efficient. My first appointment went smooth & quickly. I had a scheduled appointment. I went back to turn in a frozen specimen, the system did not appear to be working. It was not showing my scheduled appointment-it ended up being my fault. It was the day after a holiday and facility was very busy. There is no receptionist or anyone to work with you. It’s all self check in. NEEDS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE FLORIDA BOARD OF HEALTH. There is ONE, and ONLY ONE phlebotomist that even knows what she's doing and it feels like your going into a jail cell everytime you go in there, Thank God for the one REAL phlebotomist, Kathy, that you DO have in there. She is the ONLY staple in that whole office

My blood draw on 6/24/25 was excellent; however, I had an appointment on 7/2 at 6:50 am to drop off a stool sample. I checked in a 6:49 am. I sat there and watched people who came in after me, who checked in on the pad in the waiting room, get called before me. At one point, I caught one of the employees as he was calling in another customer and told him I had an appointment that was 15 minutes earlier and no one had called me, and that people were getting called ahead of me who came into the facility after I came in.
