This is the worst thing to happen to medicine since snake oil. This is not more convenient and definitely not more efficient. The company is simply stealing the time and money of Americans.

No one to talk to they need to work in between some appointments not there they will come out and ask for the name 4/5 time still and still don’t ask the rest seated what time they got.
