What an unbelievable experience. The phone scheduling system is an absolute mess, it’s impossible to reach an actual human being who works there. Their automated line claims they accept walk‑ins, with zero mention of time restrictions or a last‑call cutoff. So I brought my daughter in, walked through the door at 3:03 p.m., and was immediately met by someone who looked like they’d rather be anywhere else informing me they “don’t take walk‑ins after 3.” Fine, but when I tried to ask questions or at least schedule an appointmen... read more

Both Ormond Beach locations have a very dingy and dirty appearance outside. Upon arrival it not very satisfactory for a medical facility. I immediately called Blue Cross for an alternate laboratory and was informed that I’d have to pay a large copay or full payment if I went elsewhere. Quest need to upgrade the outside appearance of their labs.
