Very unprofessional, I had an appointment scheduled and when I got there the door's were closed. I called their phone number and: "[...] This site is temporarily closed". This photo was taken at 10:15 AM on a Thursday (15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment). Google Maps and their official Quest Diagnostics website still shows this location as operating/open, why didn't you update that when it first happened? You're making patients leave their house for nothing and postponing treatments!!!
If there is no physical space or capacity to handle walk-ins efficiently, you shouldn't accept walk-ins at all. Making people wait over 2 hours while only prioritizing appointments is unreasonable. They need to either dedicate proper space and staff for walk-ins or transition to an appointment-only system.
Their policy is really bad; appointments are priority which is ok… however their system takes appointments every 10 minutes and they are absolutely with no room for appointments for the next two weeks. Then walk ins should not be allowed in situation like this… people lose A LOT OF TIME. Don’t recommend coming here without an appointment.
Efficient pleasant but very busy. Make an appointment in advance and they take you on time
Jackeline is the best!! She made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. When she drew my blood it was the least painful blood draw I have ever had. I wish she was the one to do my labwork/blood draws every time!
