The employees there are great and it's very efficient if you have your appointment ahead of time. I posted this because I want to inform whoever fixes these things that there is a touch screen in the waiting room that you sign in on, it's terrible. I keep hitting JJJ to put in my appointment number you have to keep on hitting or whatever you want to type in... yes or no or whatever over and over cuz the touch screen is basically dead from what I can see. If you don’t have an appointment don’t even bother doing a walk in. They will literally take every single appointment without even trying to take a walk in in-between. I understand that the appointments are the priority but the staff didn’t even take a single walk in. I was there little over an hour in the waiting room with my infant. When I walked out I made an appointment online and they are booked out for weeks…
I was nervous to get bloodwork done at Quest because of the universally terrible reviews across their locations, but I actually had a wonderful experience at the Danvers location. I made an appointment and was seen immediately upon arrival. Lindsay was fabulous and it was the fastest and least painful bloodwork I’ve ever experienced. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Jay is so sweet! I would recommend making an apportionment because I had to wait a while to be seen as a walk in.
