I had an appointment at 11:10am - waited for 45 minutes afterwards. Then they called someone before me whose appointment was after mine- I only knew this because that person happened to be someone I know and we were talking about the long wait. When I asked the technician she really didn't have an answer for me and seemed very frustrated and told me just to come in the back because she didn't want to have to deal with any issues.
