Walked in an hour and a half before close and only 20 minutes before close they told me they cannot help me anymore because they have too much work to do. Not one patient walked in while I was seated waiting and both workers were incredibly rude. No respect at all for patients, raised their voice and closed the door on my face. Terrible service.
DO NOT GO. The phlebotomist who drew my blood did so much damage with the needle that three weeks later there is still a large sore bruise. I do not difficult to find veins, is the first time in my life someone has had a problem.
Making the appointment on line is easy to do. When arriving you respond to Quest text. Went in I didn’t even wait a minute I was called in. My tech was so sweet and very knowledgeable.
