This location is terrible, wait time is forever, employees don’t know what they’re doing and the manager is no help whatsoever. Came here for a urine screening where the barcode wasn’t scanning, i waited an hour and 35 minutes to be told it wasn’t their problem but the ordering physicians problem. Went to the new Milford quest and had no issues.

Drove over 40 minutes to get to this location. Checked in at 3:35 p.m. for a pre-employment drug screening . A lab tech came out of the office at 4:20pm to tell me they don't take walk-ins after 4:00 p.m. I was the only person in the waiting room and the screen said there was zero appointments scheduled for the day. Said she would ask her co-workers if anyone wanted to perform the test but she didn't think they would because she works with them and knows "how they are".
