It’s the second time in a row I’ve had the same issue! I took my daughter to check for her Ferritin as prescribed by her healthcare provider on the prescription. I specifically told the phlebotomist to make sure she checked the box for Ferritin, not iron, since they had made this mistake in the past. Sure enough I get the results back and there’s no Ferritin to be found. Instead, I got the Iron and Total Iron Binding Capacity. The location was very convenient. The techs there have always been friendly, courteous and expeditious. They are always good at what they do because I never really feel the needle going into my arm. I guess thats because they are very experienced. Also, I always make an appointment, and I am called in without hardly having to wait long.
