I had an appointment for 10:20 but didn't get seen until 10:40.
Walked in to an unattended lobby and go to sign in on the kiosk. It said the quickest time to be seen was 3 hours away!
Appointments are easy to schedule. Wait time is minimal with an appointment. Very polite and painless sticks!
The waiting room was very warm. It was warm last summer as well. Other than that it was another good experience. They are good with needles.
