This place didn’t even deserve one star. My husband paid out of pocket to have his blood drawn for his testosterone levels. My husband has always had troubles with bloodwork, he turns white and will almost pass out every time. The worker came out and very rudely only said “room 2” so he gently let the nurse right off of the bat that he has trouble and will sometimes pass out when giving blood. Called my name on time and checked and draw my blood and finish immediately and made sure my name and last name were correct I said yes then all done I left! The room was cleaned and dress well!
The Crestview FL location is a bit further for me to travel but I go here because they are so good! The wait is never long with an appointment. The staff are friendly and very good, even with my tiny veins!
