Ashley was amazing. My doctor didn't send labs and I didn't know to bring hard copy. Instead of saying "NEXT"; Ashley worked with me to come up with a solution and we got my labs done.
I wish I could remember the name of the person who drew blood from both my son and I today. She was wonderful and a pro because both my son and I felt nothing while she drew blood. Thank you for your friendliness too.
How about maybe put in your hours that drug testing stops at 2:30. I just drove the whole way here, wasted my time and gas just to find out at 2:40 that I can’t take my drug test for work.
Charity was who saw me. She was friendly, and even though my labs required multiple vials, her draw was pain-free (sometimes that is not the case). She was respectful not only toward me, but she was especially kind to the elderly people ahead of me. I watched her be very sensitive to their needs and to their strong desire to move independently (which was a real challenge). I wish all care givers were like her.
