Phlebotomist didn’t enter the orders correctly, so they were not resulted, then commented that I refused labs. When my endocrinologist’s office questioned why the labs weren’t completed, the tech, Ashley, said I only brought one set of orders in. Thankfully I had asked for my receipt for my FSA - it clearly shows both set of orders that I was charged for and paid for!! I also personally handed off my urine and that was never processed. Got a text on Thursday reminding me of my 7:20 appointment on Friday. Got a text at 5:54AM Friday with a link to sign-in when I arrived at 7:20. Final text at 6:17 saying my appointment was cancelled as the office was closed for maintenance for 2 days. What a joy after 12 hours of fasting. Clearly something is broken in this company. Wish I could give negative stars.... G

I had my blood drawn with Ashley today while going through a difficult time. She was so supportive and understanding of my situation and was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Ashley!

I was told to go to this facility for a random drug test. You have to check into via computer. I was having difficulty with the screen. There's no one to help, the 2 people that I saw were in the back riding the time clock. The women were very rude. Even the woman from my company said that they were difficult to communicate with. I was told that after 2:30 they don't do drug test. (I waited for 20 minutes, with no help) one their web site it stated that they do the test up to 3:30pm.
