The techs are great and very good at their job. That said, the location is extremely frustrating. Whether walk-in or appointment, you're waiting forever. They walled off the check in desk and everything is done on a computer. You can't speak to anyone at all unless they open the door to call someone else. I have seen so many older folks need assistance and have to wait just to get help with the computer.
