Billed my insurance wrong and made me pay 100 at the time of service and still have no proof of claim from my visit. Update: now they are charging me more money and I can't even find away to get ahold of anyone.

Always professional. Only complaint is: The waiting room was too cold by a lot. Understandably, to keep germs under control it is necessary... but with the predominant clients having advanced age (if it was intentional) it is overdone. Even the nurse had a heater in her cubicle.
