Guy who has helped me do a blood draw is always super chatty and nice! Although the online booking system is not friendly and easy to use as stated below. Last time my name was insanely incorrect, one office is busy and the other I’ve tried four times to try to get a specific datel however service wise is great Recommend!
Had a great experience this morning at the Ferry St location. My exta paperwork was handled in stride and the phlebotomist was very kind.
Making an appointment is confusing & very difficult. It keeps jumping around if you need to go back to make a correction. IT needs to make this more user friendly for us who are not as savvy as the ones who set it up.
The Quest website allows you to make an appointment and check in at this location, but IT IS CLOSED. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Just go to the one on Pleasant Street.
