The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease.
This place is a joke first they have a policy where they can't tell the employee who gave a us if they've even received the ua let alone if there done testing it. Second they have had my ua for 7 days tomorrow!!!!! I can't start work until they forward the results and it's crazy how they can play with people's lively hood this way. I've never had a ua take this long it's truly pathetic!!!
The phlebotomist was very friendly and kind. I hardly felt the needle prick and I have no bruising at all.
