Jae was awesome with taking my blood. Quite easily the most painless experience drawing blood and very friendly!
My lab technician was wonderful! She was kind and welcoming and made the process so easy. I told her I was afraid of needles and she took great, gentle care of me. I wish I had gotten her name, I would recommend anyone work with her for any lab work needs! Also, when I had walked in, she was on the phone with a customer that seemed to have a lot of questions, and she was very patient and kind during the whole conversation. The waiting room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the lab tech was gentle there was very little wait time.
Alyse was my assistor in taking my blood samples and urine sample. She didn't hurt me with the needle at all and was very professional at all times. She let me know what she was doing each step of the way. She also let me know that my husband was not signed in and helped us get that straightened out so we could complete the tests at that time. A very sweet young lady.
