If you do it by appointment, it is very easy to check in. They called me exactly at the time of my appointment, so I was in and out, pretty quick. Also the results came in the next day,

Recently had to get my blood taken for school and had keterra (idk how to spell it)!! She was literally the best! I’m always so nervous about getting blood drawn and she made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole thing! She also helped us with a billing issue and helped us get the best price!! 10/10 experience

My toddler needed bloodwork done and the ladies here did such an amazing job with him. Can’t say enough good things about our experience here.

I was worried after seeing the recent reviews but I have to say the was the best experience I've had for blood work. I made the appointment one hour and 15 minutes from the time I called. I checked in with no problem & was seen at my appointment time. No wait at all.

Wait times can vary even with an appointment. A major issue is Quest not wanting to pay a receptionist. As a result, the phlebotomists are having to do the work of checking people in. Long wait times go unnoticed and if you have to send doctor’s orders, you easily slip through the cracks. That being said, the phlebotomists are very kind and competent once you get to see them.
