I came in and was attended almost immediately. The nurse/technician was very professional and patient as we contacted my doctor to verify my information. She was very kind and friendly.

Office is clean, bright, and welcoming. It's on the ground level—theres no map but it was easy enough to find. Staff was friendly and efficient, spelled my name right, and I was in and out in about 10 min (I had an appointment and only got one vial drawn). Especially impressed the day before thanksgiving. I was in room 2—the room with the kid's art on the wall mentioned in other reviews.
Worst service here. My doctor Ericka was unprofessional and yelled at me through out the whole process.
