The phlebotomist was curteous, kind and professional.
The speed and efficiency were INSANE. I checked-in on my phone as I was entering the center. My name was called before I sat down. I was taken back to a room by a very friendly tech, who confirmed my info, asked me which arm, took my vitals, administered the blood draw, and had me walking out the door LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES after I arrived at the center. Amazed.
Great job. Easy online setup, easy checkin, and easy blood test with staff, as well as report next day to email!
