Zero customer service, zero compassion. At the bare minimum, hire someone friendly to be customer facing
The lady that performed the blood test was absolutely outstanding.
I was taken aback my how I was spoken to (shouted at) by technician MJ (the name she provided). People arrive for blood draws after fasting for 12 hours with slowed cognitive functioning, which she should be aware of. Her aggressive and disrespectful tone is extremely unprofessional. I have no doubt patients are rude or demanding at times, I was not. Regardless, MJ needs training and a corrective action plan to help her manage her emotions.
