Staff has one speed...SLOW!!! Time monitors are very inaccurate. When I first arrived I had 9 minutes wait time. Finally left after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!
I waited for 20 minutes at store opening. The staff was not ready (computer not even turned on at store opening) and spent too long chatting with customers while two patients waited. The “5 min” projected wait time turned into 20 with absolutely no other customers waiting. The lack of urgency for other people’s time and inability to run a efficient business is absolutely ridiculous.
