Good staff and facility.
It has been a long time since I have been to the Citrus Tower location. in the past, I have had bad experiences. So I would drive to the Sumterville location, even though it was much further for me.I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office. The check-in process was very easy. I was actually taken in a few moments minutes before my appointment time. The phlebotomist, Gianna, was very professional and knowledgeable. I will return to this facility for any further bloodwork.

I went to the Quest by the citrus tower, my appointment was set for 3:10, I was there by 3 pm. for the first time ever from me visiting this facilities, I can say that I encountered the rudest person. The attitude I received without me saying anything was beyond. I needed a test for employment, she needed to collect a urine example, she spoke to me like if I was a 5 year old, bad. I got so upset that I couldn’t urinate, she got even more rude, I sat on a chair, she gave me water to drink and left. I overheard her complaining... read more
