I just had one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had with Quest Diagnostics. I arrived while they were still open and sat in the waiting room like any normal patient would. Instead of being helped, I was told to leave the waiting area and go outside to purchase my exam online. Fine—annoying, but I did it. Worked with the nicest lady, Miss. Chris. I am usually very anxious with blood draws but Chris was so friendly and helpful I felt very at ease. My experience was by far the most comfortable and smooth blood draw I've ever had. Truly painless, and left zero bruising. I wish I could reserve all future draws with Chris. Thank you very much.
