Oh my goodness I just had the best experience with Sherry. she introduced herself she explained what she was doing. She even pointed out to me that I have a CT scan prescription amongst all of the orders that I just handed her which I didn’t realize. I was in and out and no time at all this is why I would do my blood work at quest every time highly highly recommend this quest on Cleveland in Clearwater👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I had a very frustrating experience at this lab. Not only was I charged incorrectly in advance due to billing errors, but the staff member I dealt with was also rude, dismissive and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I was told the wrong information about the charges, and when I tried to clarify, I was dismissed and given erroneous details.
