Zero customer service. They want you to make an appointment, but it’s all automated and an absolute pain. Then you get to the office and there’s no one at the front desk. Also, the walls are filthy!
Always long waits, no customer service, rude lady, 45 mins waiting. They close for lunch without letting customers know. No information available for customers just rude lazy lady. I would NEVER recommend this place. Who owns this place?
Signed my mother mother in to get her blood drawn and wasn't called for another 2 hours. Only 2 staff, one phlebotomist calling people and doing blood draws, other phlebotmist sitting at an computer. They are under staffed.
The staff was really amazing today. There were tornadoes in the area - we had to shelter. I appreciate their patience also with my doctors orders which were at up with labcorp codes so mine was extra trouble & the staff was very efficient & caring! Back again this week - but worth no tornadoes. Service continues to be stellar! Check in machine was a bit cranky today but did accomplish without needing assistance! The staff! Awesome!
