My husband sat in this office for three hours before getting told, VERY RUDELY.."If you don't have an appt. You aren't getting seen". Couldn't tell him that when he checked in??
Sharon was INCREDIBLE! I am wimpy when it comes to having my blood drawn, she is such an amazing expert and made it absolutely painless and very quick, I did not even bleed a drop after the needle was removed and can’t even see the incision point! My 15 year old, who usually passes out at a blood draw, said, "wow, all those other people (phlebotomists) must really suck".
I made an appointment, was seen early, was greeted by a really nice tech, enjoyed a great stick and was out of the door in under 10 minutes. Great job!
The center was very clean and quiet. Sharon drew my blood and was very professional. I have deep veins, and she was able to draw blood with the first stick after locating a vein. I've come to this center for several years and I'm still satisfied with the service.
