Today was the second time in as many visits that I arrived at this location and the facility was closed. Today, it was due to an electrical problem. While problems can pop up, Quest’s handling of the situation is entirely unacceptable. I made this appointment a couple of days ago and planned my day around this visit - just like the first time.
