I was treated with kindness and respect. The young lady who took care of me was very engaging and made me feel very comfortable I wasn't nervous at all. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
I've been coming to this Quest location for the last year and it's always been pretty smooth, which is pretty good considering how most Quests can be. Not sure what happened to the staff recently but my visit today was one of the worst I've had with Quest. The nurses were not attentive, zero empathy, I told the nurse that i'm a hard stick, she gave me no warning and went direct to poking me.
