I made an appt for a blood draw as per my Dr who sent in the request via computer. When I arrived in room 1 the tech “Brent” who was shaking all over by the way, insisted on some type of paper which he said was like a prescription. I told him I have been going here for over 20 YEARS and the request was always sent via computer. Technician was flexible with me since I'd forgotten my lab slip at home so she was able to fit me in when I returned. She was friendly and interested in me as a person.
Quest Diagnostics can be great, or marginal depending on location.
Lilia R, the lady running the office today, really worked hard to get me in and keep things flowing. The Dr office didn't send my lab work orders over so we had to get the orders sent over while making sure I would still be seen and have blood work done. This was very important as my schedule was tight for other days and this was my yearly checkup. Thank you Lilia! Very appreciated. The technician was wonderful also and made sure I was very comfortable.
