I just had probably the best blood draw experience of my life. I HATE doing blood draws, because it makes me light headed, and I let them know as soon as I got in, and they made adjustments, gave me a different technician that had the lay down table instead of the chair. My initial technician explained to me why the bed helps, and thanked me for telling him what I needed.
