Lilia R, the lady running the office today, really worked hard to get me in and keep things flowing. The Dr office didn't send my lab work orders over so we had to get the orders sent over while making sure I would still be seen and have blood work done. This was very important as my schedule was tight for other days and this was my yearly checkup. Thank you Lilia! Very appreciated. The technician was wonderful also and made sure I was very comfortable.
I checked in as a walk in at 3pm. They close at 4pm. At 4pm I could hear employees chatting, nobody communicated anything with me. They left me waiting in the lobby and nobody told me there wouldn’t be time for my lab draw. I knocked on the door several times before someone came out and said there was no time to draw me today. They could have told me that 30 minutes earlier. I will not be coming back
I'm not fond of the way they treat people even when I'm there for my appointments they intentionally make people wait if they aren't happy with what they're asking for I've had to go back five times for the same lab and I finally brought in a paper copy just for them to tell me they've had it the whole time they're just not that put together we need good labs in town I just wish that they wouldn't have such bad attitudes it's okay to have a day or two or things messed up but don't take your frustrations out on the clients
