Technician was flexible with me since I'd forgotten my lab slip at home so she was able to fit me in when I returned. She was friendly and interested in me as a person.
Quest Diagnostics can be great, or marginal depending on location.
Lilia R, the lady running the office today, really worked hard to get me in and keep things flowing. The Dr office didn't send my lab work orders over so we had to get the orders sent over while making sure I would still be seen and have blood work done. This was very important as my schedule was tight for other days and this was my yearly checkup. Thank you Lilia! Very appreciated. The technician was wonderful also and made sure I was very comfortable.
I checked in as a walk in at 3pm. They close at 4pm. At 4pm I could hear employees chatting, nobody communicated anything with me. They left me waiting in the lobby and nobody told me there wouldn’t be time for my lab draw. I knocked on the door several times before someone came out and said there was no time to draw me today. They could have told me that 30 minutes earlier. I will not be coming back
