Really don't understand the hate for this facility. It was clean and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Seems like people were confused about how to book and got mad at employees. The entrance to the building is a giant gilded facade with 111 clearly indicated. There's a second entrance to the south, but I'm not sure how this could be more clear.
